LAWNCH-IT is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. The Lawnch-It return policy only applies to products purchased directly from our website www.lawnch-it.com.
If your order was received defective or damaged in shipping, we will exchange a replacement unit free of charge. Email customer service at help@lawnch-it.com with your order number to receive your return authorization.
In all other cases, buyer is resposible for return shipping. Email customer service at help@lawnch-it.com. A member of the Lawnch-It Customer Service Team will respond within 24-48 hours. Please note the Lawnch-It Customer Service hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday. Messages received over the weekend or on a federal holiday will be addressed the following business day.
A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We are sorry but Lawnch-It is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
Lawnch-It offers a money back guarantee within 30 days for purchases made through our website. Purchases made from an authorized third-party retailer or website other than www.lawnch-it.com will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
